Turning a Negative Into a Positive Experience

I wrote in the other day complaining about the service department at Langley Chrysler. Mike Williams called me immediately and addressed my concerns and gave me the info i was looking for with regards to the ETA of a replacement radio for my 2013 Ram 2500. He was very nice and called me when the unit arrived (which happened to be later that day) and made an appointment for me to come in. On top of that i needed to run some errands while my truck was in the shop and he offered me his personal vehicle to use. Mike Williams and his staff provided me exceptional service and i ended up purchasing a 6 pack of oil changes for my truck. Thank you Mike for your great customer service and making me feel much better about dealing with your service department.
