I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable! All the staff members seemed to enjoy working there. Our sales person Shawn was so kind, arranging everything and even when we were running a bit after hours there was no pressure only courteous service! I immediately posted on Face Book this business and recommend this place to every one I know! So thankful to Mike Bradner also for making sure the vehicle inspections and repairs got done promptly! I love this place!! And my children did too! We plan on buying another vehicle here soon, as we are also looking into buying a used truck too.

My salesman Tony was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the truck. Tony made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making a good decision in dealing with Langley Chrysler. There was a  small problem regarding the exterior mirrors that I did not notice until I brought my new truck home. My wife contacted your dealership and spoke to Rich in sales who referred to himself as the big red headed fellow. Rich offered a quick solution to the tow mirror issue. Jennifer in financial services helped us in purchasing an extended warranty. I am very happy with the service of Langley Chrysler and especially with Tommy Booth.  He went above and beyond what I would expect from a salesperson and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. As a matter of fact I have a friend who might be purchasing a vehicle in the future and when he tells me he has made a decision to purchase I will be recommending to him to contact Tommy Booth.






Shawn made sure as I left the lot, I was comfortable and happy.  I found him to be an excellent salesperson who was extremely courteous and professional at all times. From the entry of the test drive to the deal at the table Shawn was unflappable. He made me feel that he loved my vehicle as much as I did. That felt good.

In fact, my father and I enjoyed your entire dealership from the layout of eye candy (viper and challenger) and all staff making sure we were taken care of. We had a great customer experience as well with the lovely lady who went through the pre-paperwork to transfer the vehicle. I found she had excellent knowledge of the  warranty package remaining as well as the options of the extended warranty (which we did not purchase). I also have to mention the friendly service of the “plate man” who I believe was just leaving for a trip to NZ ,AU and the area… Dad had recently vacationed there with his late wife and had a few “tips “for him. Of course he listened intently, was humorous and made my dad’s day as well.

I am a proud new owner of a 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited from your Langley Chrysler dealership.  I wanted to let you know that I am very happy with the car, but most importantly I wanted to reflect on my positive experience with two gentlemen, Mr. Anthony Wiseman and Mr. Bill Jones.

I have been searching for a car for several months, hence, I visited several dealerships from Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Surrey and Langley across most of the brands out there.  I was settled on the Chrysler 200 when I test drove it back middle of last year.  Since we have purchased two Dodge caravans in the past from your dealership, we decided to visit your dealer first.  My father and I met Bill Jones about 1.5 weeks ago and he was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable of the product.  He was a pleasure to deal with as compared to other salespeople from Maple Ridge and Coquitlam.  We then met Anthony Wiseman to work out the finer details on a provisional deal.  Anthony was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, patient and just had the mindset from the beginning to make us happy.  Thankfully, we all got along very well.  Over the last week, I have been communicating with Anthony and he has continued to be patient and answer my questions, making sure I am completely satisfied and comfortable with the purchase.

Compared to other dealers, there is a significant contrast to the level of customer service and courtesy, knowledge of the product, and honesty that we experienced.  Both gentlemen provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership.  I thought it was important for you to know this as my career is in marketing/sales, and the bottom line is that you have to be truthful and provide the utmost value to clients.

Best Level of Service!

We had the best level of service from any dealership that we had been to.
