I wrote in the other day complaining about the service department at Langley Chrysler. Mike Williams called me immediately and addressed my concerns and gave me the info i was looking for with regards to the ETA of a replacement radio for my 2013 Ram 2500. He was very nice and called me when the unit arrived (which happened to be later that day) and made an appointment for me to come in. On top of that i needed to run some errands while my truck was in the shop and he offered me his personal vehicle to use. Mike Williams and his staff provided me exceptional service and i ended up purchasing a 6 pack of oil changes for my truck. Thank you Mike for your great customer service and making me feel much better about dealing with your service department.

I had excellent service.  I believe the gentleman who was helping me was named Jim. I arrived early before my scheduled appointment.  When he called the shuttle it was going to be 30 minutes, so he called a cab for me so I didn’t have to wait.  That meant I got to work on time and I didn’t miss an important meeting.

I would recommend you guys to any of my family or friends.

The service was again excellent as it always is. Everything was taken care to my total satisfaction. Your Service advisor Chris is an excellent employee and he goes out of his way to make all of his customers happy, it is too bad that you don’t have a dozen employee’s like Chris. With the excellent Service I receive from Langley Chrysler, I would never consider going any other shop and I constantly recommend your shop to all of my friends.

I am really impressed at how this was taken care of and your professionalism in this matter. I can sincerely say that your customer service is excellent, and now I can see why your company has garnered a lot of positive reviews. I look at the reviews from other customers before going to Langley Chrysler, and now I have experienced it for myself.

Just wanted to let you know I was very happy with the service department when bringing in my Jeep Liberty for major servicing last week. Patricia was extremely helpful as always. I have dealt with her several times in the past and will continue to in the future as she always takes care of any of my questions or concerns, is very professional, courteous, approachable and honest. You can pass on a great big thank you to her and the technician who did all the work on my Libby!

I was very pleased to have Jim look after my needs. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional in our dealings. I found him to be a very busy person but very willing to help in satisfying the problem I was having with a new vehicle. When needing service again I will be inclined to request his services.
